Activity Ideas During School Closure
Some ideas, suggestions and useful information to assist you while The Redway School is closed. Although activities have been split into Redway curriculum areas, please note that much of what we do at The Redway is cross-curricular and therefore you will find most activities cover most areas.
Files marked [New] have been added within the last two days. Files marked [Recent] within the last seven days. As there is a practical limit to the number we can store on one page, older activies will be moved to the Closure Activities Archive page.
Play and Engagement ActivitiesRecent!
This document has a range of play and engagement activities that focuses on being in each others company and developing the ability to attend to a person. The range of activities include messy play, tipping and pouring and hide and seek.
As the weather is getting warmer and we are going into the summer holidays this document has lots of water based activities to do such as making sensory bottles, rainbow foam and general water play with your everyday toys.
